  The BEST. Set up an appointment with Gary. He came to the house and left me an estimate. They have a nice showroom and they answered all our questions. Installation was completed, (within 2 weeks of giving them a deposit), in one day by Gary (owner) & Jerry. They did a wonderful job, cleaned up everything once the installation was complete. Absolutely the nicest, most professional individuals you could ask for. THANKS!!!

  Had my first service on my Regency U28 20 years ,Jerry did a fabulous job servicing my unit made it look like brand new again I have to say I purchased it from the Fire Place Store New back in 2003 and if anyone is looking for the same type of unit hands-down Regency in the Fire Place Store offers nothing but quality integrity and service.

  Gary amd his colleague were fantastic. Best service I have had from any installer period.
  When they took my rusted fireplace out they said my chimney chaise needed to be rebuild. That was a hassle all by itself as that contractor tried to screw me over. Gary came to fit the fireplace and noticed that the contractor didn't fix anything, he didn't charge me for his time and came back a month later once I got it fixed.
  The propane tank people didn't put the tank 10 ft away from the bottom of the chaise so Gary was able to put the exhaust as high up as possible rather than horizontally outside.
  They must have worked 12 hours to get the job done and didn't charge any more.
  They care about their customers and I recommend them 100%.

  Stopped in one day in June and Bobby helped me pick out the perfect size wood burning stove and setup a date for Gary to come out to check the install location. He provided me a detailed quote on the spot. Within a few weeks got a call the stove came and setup an install date. Gary and Jerry arrived as planned and on time. It was a pleasure having them as they were meticulous and super clean with the install. Everything came out great and extremely happy I chose “The Fireplace Store”

  They know their products and do excellent work at a fair price. Gary was very patient in explaining all of my options, from wood to gas fired. His pricing was reasonable, and his workmanship (along with Jerry) was great. The stove looks great, the installation was perfect, and his attention to detail is not something you find today.
  I would provide their names to anyone who was looking for a new stove, or updating their existing units. I hope to have the opportunity to do business with them again.
