I was uneasy contacting a Personal Injury Lawyer, but after several friends persuaded me, I moved forward and contacted Joel Finkelstein. He spent a great deal of time listening to my situation and was very honest whether he would accept my case or not. Thank goodness he did because things were successful!! Joel is the most efficient professional lawyer I have ever met. Every time I had a question, he either called or texted me and explained things thoroughly. Joel is extremely knowledgeable about law, many facets of it, but he also has an extensive list of experts to contact to help with the case. He prepared me for a deposition and was kind, sensitive and thorough asking me questions that would be addressed. I cannot begin to praise Joel enough for his professional demeanor and fabulous work ethic. You can’t find a better lawyer to take your case.
For someone like myself who knows little about how the law system works, it was comforting to be represented by Mr. Finkelestein. He explained in everyday language the steps we needed to take. This case took forever to end because the courts closed for the pandemic but Joel's patience and persistence through these delays helped me be less anxious for the outcome. And speaking of outcomes, Mr. Finkelestein set my expectations for the case and exceeded them by the end. I hope I never need his services again but if that day comes, he will be my first call.

Perhaps the thing that impressed me the most about Finkelstein law firm was nothing was sugar coated. He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way in my mom accident case. Joel kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were. I was particularly impressed with Joel collaborative approach, and his patience when explaining complex legal issues that were important for me to understand. There were no empty promises made just to keep the client happy which I know sometimes occurs when seeking counsel.
