Our staff, are the most caring, compassionate, dedicated and dependable people I’ve ever met! We’re not only a team, we’re a “family.” We work together to give our residents the best of everything because they are our #1 priority.

I have worked other facilities in the area and none of them equals up to the care in love each resident receives here at the Eliot . I can say every employee, including the higher management cares and loves each resident as if they were family. The Eliot. is an amazing facility to work for and because of that it creates an amazing environment for all of the residents and staff.
