  We met with Melissa Green from admissions yesterday to see if this place would be the right fit for my uncle. Not only did Melissa wow us with her forthrightness and honesty about the facility, she was caring and listened to the needs of our loved one. We were given a tour. Although two floors where the patients are weren’t the most glamorous, my aunt and I saw nurses making patients smile and patients interacting with each other. The overall cleanliness with the facility was spotless. Melissa explained that there are currently renovations being done. She then lead us to the first main floor where they had indeed finished construction. It is beautiful, complete with an outside porch that wraps around one side of the inside area where you can also eat; and it also has a grill for when the staff grills for the patients and takes them outside. The outside landscaping is gorgeous as well. Flowers and bushes and it is well kept. Overall I would rate them. 4 star. Five, if not for the construction. Lastly, on our tour we also got to meet their maintenance worker Rebecca. She not only was a breathe of fresh air, she explained that she would send her family members there. She also went on to explain that the owners believe in the right people for their patients care. This speaks volumes !!!! Thank you and your staff for making us feel at home in your facility.

  So far, so good! We were nervous placing my best friend here because of the poor reviews. Happy to say, she has been well taken care of so far. I have not visited the facility in person but do a video chat with her several times per day. The staff are attentive and very kind. I've spoken with staff and have had very positive interactions. She has only been there a week so I'll edit later, as needed. Thank you to The Eleanor for taking good care of my bestie!! I think she's in good hands 🤗
