Gabby, for example seamlessly transferred my compromised account to a new one while I waited. And, I walked out with a newly printed bank card and xtra checks.
In addition, Julie called a questioned an outstanding check from that account and kindly had it paid from my new. Human touch is what is extraordinary here.

(December 5, 2019, 6:02 am)I didn’t think it was possible anymore to find a bank that doesn’t live on fees and find ways to fee it’s customers. This bank looks like they spared no expense inside and out. They hired quality people. I got a follow up thank you note. And when the staff forgot something they called, emailed and send a letter apologizing and wanting to get it done. I’m not sure what else I could ask for thats not outrageous.
