  I am so grateful for the guidance and support of Jim (and Kendra). I started this plan 11 months ago, lost 45 pound in 5 months and have been maintaining my goal weight for 6 months. From the beginning, Jim explained the science behind the diet and helped me through each phase. Jim called with encouragement, cheered me on at each weigh in, and truly celebrated my success! It was not a hard plan to follow, which I did to a T, but it was not easy either. But I have learned how to eat healthy, how to enjoy a splurge and to recover from that indulgence using the tools that Jim has taught me. THIS PLAN WORKS! I highly recommend the Diet Man!

  Jim is very knowledgeable regarding health, nutrition and weight loss. I was referred to The Diet Man by two acquaintances who had lost over 40 lbs each. After only my first week on the program, I lost 7 lbs, on my way to a total of 25! Immediately, my reflux and heartburn disappeared, I slept more deeply, and felt great in general.
