I recently got engaged and my ring was just a touch too small so I called them and not only was the place super relaxing and had good vibes. But Rob was super sweet and gave me really helpful suggestions to sizing. He had it resized for me at the store and I was out in 20-25 minutes. The customer service at this place was immaculate I will definitely be going back.

The experience was excellent so today my wife and I went back to pick out a new diamond ring for our 20th anniversary. Another great experience. I can’t really see a reason to ever shop anywhere else. Highly recommended

Fast forward to a year after our engagement and I lost a diamond from my band, Rob repaired it within ONE HOUR.
Couldn’t recommend The Diamond Mine enough. -

There jewelry is beautiful and I wish I can own everything in that store LOL but I will settle for the pieces that I am blessed with getting as gifts and will remain a loyal customer to this store the gentleman who helped us today was very nice polite and accommodating thank you so much I will treasure your jewelry
