    First of all looking for a doula is not an easy job. I really had to trust the person who would be with me during my birth and overnight support after. Thankfully I found Gabriela! All my fears literally drifted away with her positive outlook on my birth. She gave me the confidence I needed. At first my goal was a vbac bc I hated my first c section. But it turned out we had to do a repeat c section. I knew I needed it to be different than first c section. I was allowed 1 person in the OR with me. I talked to my husband and we both agreed I need Gabriela and not him. She literally emotionally held my hand and walked me through the fears in the OR. I’m so grateful I chose to have her there because it was scary and she got me through it. And I was able to breathe through the fear and be awake to meet my baby and not be paralyzed in fear like the first time. Sharing this I hope helps someone else who is anxious about having a c section. My husband is wonderful but I needed extra support and I can’t imagine how I would have made it through my birth without her support. She stayed with me overnight at the hospital also. Having her there was a huge sigh of relief for me emotionally to feel strong. I highly recommend her for birthing services.

    Gabriela was a lifesaver! She is an extremely devoted, informative and caring doula as well as postpartum support doula! We would recommend her, without question!!
