The Cynwyd

I've come to the end of my year at The Cynwyd and leaving is truly bittersweet. The building is terrific and the people are better: if you're looking for an.apartment, this is certainly the best rental experience I've had in the past decade. I'm transferring work locations to be closer to family, otherwise I'd be staying.
Dana Kutner showed me the building when I first arrived, and she's handled every subsequent issue with grace and efficiency. I travel a lot and anything that needed to be done in my apartment, or any situation that arose in my absence was never a problem for Dana. She knows the people in the building and is always responsive. If you've lived in apartments as long as I have, you know that's not always the case.
The building is outside of Philly, which I didn't think was great when I moved, but it's proximity to the Cynwyd Trail is a huge plus. The gym is complete, so as long as you don't need the social aspect of a gym (or 'Box') you'll save on a membership for as long as you're here.
For me, The Cynwyd will now be the yardstick by which all apartment buildings are measured. Thanks for an excellent year!

The cynwd is a new and growing community. Throughout the many changes in the community the one constant has been the excellent management staff. Dana and Amanda have been nothing short of excellent in their management and administration of the property. Dana in particular has consistently gone above and beyond to resolve any manner of issues with the property. Dana has truly made living here a pleasure.

We just renewed our lease with the Cynwyd! After expanding our family Dana Kutner was AMAZING at helping us grow into an apartment that was perfect for our new lifestyle. If we have an issues, even when she isn’t working, Dana is going to make sure they get taken care of which just makes you feel taken care and part of a community. Amanda is another one of the amazing people that works down in the front; one of the sweetest people I have ever met who is also extremely helpful. We left packages in the office for USPS to pick up, when they didn’t arrive until much later in the day, Amanda took the time to deliver the packages to USPS for us! My last shoutout is to maintenance, the two most hardworking gentlemen who are always so pleasant! Especially how far out of the way they go to help you! For example, I’ve been walking to the trash room and they will offer to take it for me stating they were going that direction anyways. The reviews stating that break ins occurred most not realize that we live next to one of the most dangerous cities in the US. However, being an actual resident I can say that since that incident occurred the security and the doors were all adjusted to stop any future break-ins from occurring. Considering how close we live to Philly I can say that we specifically choose the Cynwyd because of its safety precautions to have a peace of mind in our own home!

I just can’t say enough about the great experience I had touring the Cynwyd. Dana Kutner was an amazing host and immediately made me feel a part of this beautiful community. Thank you, Dana for taking the time to make me feel at home.
