Beautiful views! However, WARNING - we found multiple WOOD/DOG TICKS on our body after visiting this coastal trail! Be careful, and make sure to check yourself after your walk!
Currently under construction. I went by on my small boat. You can land fish off their if you want or take a small stroll.
Visited on a Sunny January afternoon and loved the tranquility of the place. Well-maintained trails to walk and do bird watching, information placards on long island sound are placed on the trails. We were able to spot American black ducks, Wigeons, seagulls and albatrosses. The highlight were definitely the Mergansers, it was a treat to see them dive and fly! Beautiful views of the sound and birds! The beach is prohibited to access from the rocks. The location offers free parking and the gate is located a little behind on the left where the GPS takes. The Lighthouse isn't a part of the Audubon property and is located on the other side of the fence.
Closed when I visited, I wanted to photograph some birds, went on to the Coastal Audubon Society in Milford, at least their property was open for bird viewers.
thankful for the only free parking for out of towner’s in Stratford. great restoration work around the point and pretty awesome views. 10/10
