  I found this gem business (The Computer Shop) from reading other positive reviews. I'm so happy I did!
  My 6 years old "HP" laptop stopped typing letters without me repeatedly pressing on the letter. I became frustrated and brought the laptop to "The Computer Shop," where I met "Joe," the owner and fixer. Joe examined, explained, and provided me with a solution regarding my malfunctioning keyboard. The keyboard had to be replaced. Joe immediately ordered the part and loaned me an external keyboard in the meantime. Joe notified me when the part arrived and informed me that installation would take 3-4 hours. I dropped off my laptop and ran errands since there are many businesses in the vicinity. Joe promptly notified me when my laptop was ready for pickup.
  I would highly recommend this small but big business to others. Joe is knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and affordable. Bestbuy suggested a new purchase. Joe fixed my laptop, and it's now new. Thank you Joe!

  I needed to reset the operation system of their of my computers. Joe helped me, I can’t ask for a better service. Very satisfied and highly recommended this shop.
  When you use your GPS to guide you, it will take you to the right plaza but wrong side. Once you turn into the plaza from art 211, turn left and the shop is the very first one on the far left side.

  I had an issue with my old gaming PC I built forever ago and couldn't figure it out. I brought it in and The Computer Shop called me the next day with a diagnosis.
  
  After testing my parts the issue was that my motherboard failed.
  
  When I went in to pick it up, they were going to have me leave without charge, because diagnosis is free. I insisted on paying anyways, and we had some great conversation after.
  
  Excellent guy runs the shop, and as an semi-experienced PC builder, I can honestly say you can expect quality work from this shop.

  We have had many family and business repairs from Joe. He is fast, knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, gives realistic advice on how/if to proceed with a repair, and doesn't overcharge. We can't recommend him highly enough!

  Very nice people here. While on the phone, they explained they would see if they could put an order in for to replace my weak/dying laptop battery. I had also asked if they fix the broken screen of another laptop for a relative of mine, and they explained to me, very politely, what they could do. However, they said they would call me back when they have the battery in stock but I never recieved a call back. Its been 3 weeks now.
  
  I understand the business might be busy sometimes, I just wish I had recieved some sort of email, text or something from them, because I enjoyed talking them!
  
  I will update when I do go into the place and get service done.
  
  Keep in contact with your potential customers! It helps build better relationships and improve the amount who wish to return : )
