  It was truly a wonderful and spiritual surprise when I was introduced to the Church of the Magdalene in Sleepy Hallow. Besides being such a beautiful and warm country church, the inspiration I have received while attending Mass in this jewel praising Jesus is amazing. This inspiration on a major level comes also from its Pastor, Rev. Timothy Wiggins who makes all the Masses and all other sacred liturgies motivating and energizing. At the Church of the Magdalene, one truly leaves those hallowed walls blessed and thankful to Jesus. Definitely worth attending. Mrs. Lucy Tocci

  The Church of The Magdalene is a true little treasure. Besides it’s overwhelming beauty with the incredible stained glass windows, the walls hold a special sense of peace. Father Tim, the pastor does a homily that will always give you food for thought and always, always touch your spirit. EVERYONE feels welcome.   Church of the Magdalene is a hidden treasure, nestled in the peaceful Pocantico Hills area of Sleepy Hollow. I discovered it 15 years ago, and it has been my home ever since. The Church itself has spectacular stained glass windows and other beautiful artwork. More importantly, the Pastor and Parishioners are open and welcoming. Attending mass and other events here is a wonderful experience.

  I do not live in Westchester full-time, but I have made The Church of the Magdalene my home away from home. I was introduced to the parish several years ago by my daughter. It was always a very quiet and pleasant Church. It has changed and for the better. Fr. Tim has brought a new younger life and spirit back to the Church of Magdalene. I enjoy not only his sermons but his enthusiasm and energy. Mass at The Church of the Magdalene seems to have more meaning, not just a Sunday ritual. The parishioners, young and older, are all very welcoming. They never seem to rush out of mass and even spend time chatting in the parking lot. Truly a wonderful community. I personally gain so much by attending mass at the Church of the Magdalene and do not mind the extra time I spend driving over to Sleepy Hollow when I am in Westchester. I truly look forward to going to Mass. God bless each of you.

  Our family loves going to mass at The Magdalene and seeing Father Tim. My children enjoy listening to his homily and understand his meaning each week. Praying together each week where everyone is engaged has brought us closer together as a family.
