(September 13, 2022, 1:07 pm)Dr. Hirschmann and the staff at the Rhinebeck office always make our visits a happy occasion. We have been seeing Dr. Carolyn Hirschmann for over a year now. The Rhinebeck office is easily reached when you call their number and in an easily accessible area of Rhinebeck. Wait time is usually reasonable (of course like all doctor’s offices they sometimes have their busier moments), and the office is always clean. The ladies at reception are very pleasant and helpful, and the nurses always work efficiently to get what they need in a “quick and painless” way for my son. I’m so happy to have found a pediatrician that is easy to talk to and who manages our concerns with legitimate compassion. We truly feel that our son is under exceptional care here.

(March 16, 2021, 12:23 am)My teenage daughter and I both had an amazing experience with Dr. Fenner who we met for the first time during a somewhat complicated health crisis involving mysterious autoimmune symptoms and sensitive mental health concerns. Dr Fenner spent way more time and listened better than any doctor we have been to this far (and there have been a lot lately!). He was so compassionate and knowledgeable as well as reassuring. We feel so grateful to have found him!

(March 15, 2018, 2:54 pm)I have nothing but great things to say about the Rhinebeck office and others we have been to. With four kids now ages 14-19 they have seen me from the first visit at Vassar in the maternity ward old up til now with a well visit for my 19 year old. They have seen Dr. Fenner and more recently Dr. Mitchell - have been very happy with their care and quick response. Ladies in the office and on the phone have helped find an appointment and office open when convenient for us over the years as well - even if we had to travel it was important. More recently, have appreciated the Saturday well visit appointment!
