  Ashley’s presentation to our gym was amazing. She gave great nutrition tips and presented information that connected directly to the sport of cheerleading. Her handout packets were very informative. I would highly recommend gym owners and coaches use her services for parent and athlete education!

  Ashley has been the best! Her knowledge and expertise working with cheerleaders cannot be beat. She has such a positive demeanor and is so passionate about her work. Her Instagram page is the best and provides great resources for all of us cheer moms. Can’t wait to work with Ashley further in the future.

  First time meeting with a nutritionist and I'm convinced Ashley is the best of the best! She is very professional, informative, and down to earth; she thoroughly explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. She really listened to my concerns and was helpful in pointing out habits in my diet that could be changed for better results. Ashley made me comfortable and developed a plan that was tailored to my lifestyle and goals. I will definitely be scheduling more sessions with Ashley in the future.

  As a cheerleader and young woman I have tried numerous unhealthy crash diets wanting to look my best over the years that never worked. Ashley has helped me develop a healthy relationship with food and I have never had more energy/ felt better! Ashley is super personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does, I look forward to continue working with her!

  Ashley over at The Cheer Nutritionist is passionate about getting to know you, understanding your goals, your health history, and your diet. She is exceptional at giving advice about how to fuel your body properly while keeping up with the daily exercise that is required as an athlete. Ashley is non-judgmental, friendly, an amazing listener and always rooting for you to reach your goals. She has been an open ear and guiding light in this process for me, as talking about weight and eating struggles can be deeply personal and overwhelming. It is so comforting and refreshing to have someone like Ashley in my life because I know she really cares about helping me and isn’t there to just make money. I couldn’t recommend Ashley and The Cheer Nutritionist more!
