(July 20, 2021, 6:28 pm)BEST GYM EVER!! I've been a member of the Cardio Club for a very long time and feel fortunate to have found this hidden gem (gym) in upstate NY. The gym is well equipped, clean and has a friendly atmosphere. I've been to many gyms over the years and the Cardio Club is by far at the top of my list. Thank you Raegan for your phenomenal talent, great energy, and for bringing innovative dance and fitness to our local community!

(July 19, 2021, 9:23 pm)I joined Cardio Club to get in shape after having my second child. The owner was so welcoming and made me feel right at home. She checked in with me regularly to make sure I was getting everything I wanted out of my membership. The gym itself is well maintained and has everything you need and nothing you don’t. You can feel a what a special community Delhi and the surrounding areas are. I moved recently and it was so sad to say goodbye. It was also easy to cancel my membership. The owner even made sure to say I could come back and use the gym if I was ever in town again! Great spot I couldn’t recommend more!

(July 19, 2021, 4:26 pm)When we decided to move upstate the gym was one of the first things I looked for. I was very pleasantly surprised when I found the Cardio Club. I've done classes, used the weights area and taken dance, but the personal training has been the biggest life changer. Raegan is kind and yet holds me accountable, and she really listens. The first few sessions I could feel how much muscle I lost after not lifting weights for years, but after working out consistently with Raegan, I'm stronger and feel better about myself. I would highly recommend checking out the Cardio Club, whether you're just visiting and want to work out, or looking for a membership. Its awesome that its open 24 hours as well!
