(June 16, 2023, 1:10 pm)I went for my first appointment yesterday and I had an exceptional visit. The environment is welcoming, clean and calming. Lauren the front desk receptionist was so sweet and answered all of my questions. The therapist I seen had such an upbeat, caring personality. Every staff member that was walking around the office greeted me with a smile. I am thankful I stumbled upon this office to start my therapy journey.

(June 2, 2023, 3:54 pm)I started bringing my kids here to help with their anxiety and one child’s ADHD. I also wanted them to have someone outside the family they feel they can always talk to.
They have been taught several techniques for calming down, and they often do activities like art, movement, or games while talking with their therapists.
They look forward to their appointments each time and actually ask to come more often. -

(November 10, 2021, 4:24 pm)Absolutely love this place! As soon as you walk in you feel the calm and holistic atmosphere. They offer a new coffee station, professional massage room, art room, and conference room. I always enjoy and look forward to my sessions.
