  Thank You Bristal Sayville. Denise You are amazing. My sister is living her best life. She has met so many friends. I hope people know there are levels of care you offer. 1 to 3. I thought my sister was 3. Turns out she 1 and thriving. Thank God for your wonderful staff. My stress level is gone to 1. Today I brought her dog to meet her friends. LOKI can stay overnight.

  From our first visit and throughout my mother-in-law's stay at The Bristal, the staff was so welcoming and helpful. From admissions to everyday care and beyond, they truly were supportive with any questions, concerns and understanding. Many of the staff, including Denise in admissions, Carolyn in case management and Pat in nursing went above and beyond with their constant encouragement and compassion.
  It was our hope that my mother-in-law could stay a longer time, but medical reasons finally dictated that she needed a 24/7 nursing home. Even upon discharge and afterwards, their expertise and suggestions were invaluable. The facility itself was beautiful and spacious, clean and neat with a very friendly atmosphere.
  We highly recommend.

  I had interviewed two other assisted living facilities before the Bristol and in each one there was something that made me think it was not the right place for my mom, almost instantly. When I sat with Denise I immediately wanted to know more and see more. Denise took the time to explain so many more things than the other two places had.She answered all my questions and was not at all pushy. My tour of the facility was eye opening. The bingo hall , salon, dining room, courtyard and so much more. I never knew that an assisted living home could be so luxurious! My mom was reluctant at first but has since settled in and now takes advantage of most of the activities and trips they offer. She even calls me to tell me all about her experiences. I also love that I am welcomed as well when I visit or come to take her out for the day. I have never once felt unwelcome. The entire staff is so friendly and caring. They really know the residents too, not just by name but observe and notice the things they do. I was informed by Denise that my mom has taken to helping a new resident. I would never have know that because my mom did not tell me. That is how aware the staff is of the clients in their care.
  With an enhanced license, having a nurse and doctor on staff is a big comfort for me. I know that her everyday health needs will be taken care of and monitored. The quality of life that has been afforded my mom at The Bristol of Sayville is something I could not have given her if she had continued to live with me. I highly recommend checking out this assisted living facility if your are considering placement for your loved one.

  The Bristal at Sayville has become home for our mom and our dad. Mom is well cared for by the Reflections staff and dad is building new friendships on the independent side. They each have spaces tailored to their individual needs under the same roof. We, their children, have peace of mind. We know that our parents are safe, cared for with respect and living with dignity. We are grateful to the Bristal’s professional, competent staff. We look forward to building new family memories here.

  There are not enough words to say how incredible The Bristal at Sayville is. The decor is beautiful, the activities varied and plentiful, but most importantly each and every staff member treats my mom like family. As my mom always says “they are really truly nice, not just pretending.” From the moment you walk in to be greeted with a beautiful smile from Geri (the works’s finest re ceptionist) to the nurses, aides, housekeepers, activities and dining staff — each person is genuinely caring thoughtful patient and loving. The Bristal has added so much to our mom’s life and to the comfort of our whole family. I travel often and am anxious about my mom — but knowing she is at The Bristal where her every need is attended to gives me the ultimate gift of comfort. The Bristal is a palace that treats its “family” as royalty.
