(June 12, 2023, 9:26 pm)There aren’t enough words to describe how happy we are with The Bristal @ Garden City! Our family was concerned that our mother would have a difficult time adjusting to this new environment. She lived alone and primarily spent her days watching TV but now she participates in activities, watches movies, plays bingo and most importantly, she is meeting new people that she enjoys spending time with. The staff went above and beyond to make sure her transition was comfortable and easy and they continue to be warm, welcoming and caring. Our mother loves her newfound independence. She recently said “I feel like I’m back in life again”. What more could we ask for? We are so grateful she is in such great hands!!

(May 20, 2023, 2:00 pm)My mom (at 93) moved into The Bristal on 2/1/23. Before that, she was quiet and lonely. Our experience at The Bristal has not only given mom a new lease on life but her children as well. At her age, her husband and forever friends are gone. Mom has made new friends and socializes like never before. The staff is so compassionate and tentative to her, she loves the attention.
They truly care. You can see they take pride in their jobs and are happy to be there! Beautiful smiles are everywhere! Mom laughs and enjoys herself more than we could every imagine. A much, much better quality of life for her. It's a perfect fit! Best move we ever made!!! We cannot thank you enough. -

(April 21, 2023, 4:09 pm)I toured this week and was pretty impressed with the community. They had a live singer performing, we stayed for an early dinner and had a great filet mignon! The community was gorgeous and we would love for my uncle to be closer but unfortunately he’s moving out of State. Thank you Bristal!

(March 16, 2023, 9:32 am)The Bristal is absolutely beautiful! From the moment you enter you feel as if you are on vacation! The staff are warm and friendly! My Uncle gets the highest level of care and is always busy with activities or just talking with his friends. I highly recommend the Bristal for any family members.

(December 12, 2022, 6:40 pm)I had learned about The Bristal/Garden City through a neighbor whose mom was a resident. She shared with me that her mom was treated extremely well during her time at The Bristal. That is exactly what my family and I were seeking for our mom.
My mom just recently moved in and we have found the Bristal Assisted Living team to be everything and more we’d hoped, including welcoming, warm, supportive, professional, communicative and caring. They have gone above and beyond to welcome my mom and to make her truly feel at home during this time of transition which can often be challenging. .
They’ve also been there for our family as well at every turn whenever any needs or questions arise. Our family is so very grateful and appreciative for The Bristal leadership, staff and community.
