(March 26, 2022, 1:11 pm)Peter is just amazing! Years ago I purchased some “pin to necklace” converters in the store, a very inexpensive but much needed item for me. Peter had only two left, and I told him since I’m so busy working right now and can’t come in to the store could I please pay by credit card and you can just drop it in the mail to me with a stamp, and I won’t hold you responsible if it’s lost in the mail. Would you believe it, he HAND DELIVERED it to my mailbox! Now that is customer service you don’t readily find these days. I know I will be back in the store real soon, to place a big order this time! Thank you so much, Peter! You made my day!
