(January 12, 2023, 2:11 pm)My bike was in such poor repair and Buzz and Julian fixed it up perfectly! I took it in for a tune-up and they ended up having to do a lot more work. They replaced my chain, handlebars, and brakes all for a very reasonable price and being very flexible with my schedule. They were also super communicative. Now it is riding like a new bike! They did a wonderful job.

(February 22, 2022, 1:45 pm)It’s a rare moon that I get caught slipping while in another town while riding my bike. So is the case as I was riding through Jersey City. I caught a flat and it bent my front rim. The Bike Hub was the only bike shop open. I usually avoid bike shops by being prepared so I don’t have to pay high repair prices. That was not the case with The Bike Hub. Buzz had me up and running nice. He even adjusted a brake issue I was having. I managed to observe some of the bikes that were lined up for repairs and they ranged from vintage to modern. The bike riders in this town seem to get it. No one trusts their bike with just anyone, but this guy Buzz is on point.

(August 1, 2021, 1:50 pm)My visit to the Bike Hub was most impressive. The shop itself has a super chic-cool vibe and I was immediately greeted by smiling faces. The staff was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any of my questions. In addition to the large bicycle selection, the built-in repair shop is really convenient.
