(April 11, 2023, 8:45 pm)The visit today to the Belvedere Center was amazing, the technology is so much advanced since the last time I had visited. Under the circumstance of the visit to see my cousin who had have hip surgery I was surprise at the advancement of the center. If the need arises I will not hesitate to go again.

(February 19, 2023, 8:13 pm)Staff are always very helpful and accommodating and try very hard to address concerns when presented. And the new Director, Tamela (I'm sure I'm probably not spelling her name correctly), but she is always quick to investigate concerns in a timely matter & get back to you. It goes a long way in relieving stress over your loved ones when you know others take their jobs, and patients seriously. They keep their eye on patients with special issues even if they have to let them sit at the desk with them as if they were part of their staff. Now that's attention to detail in a caring way. Thank you all very much!!!

(December 20, 2022, 5:11 pm)The Belvedere has many very fine and caring staff. In my numerous visits I have never seen a staff member belittle or be unkind to a resident. I like the fact that they conduct monthly video meetings to keep loved ones updated. It also gives us a chance to see the faces of each staff member which is very helpful. I have appreciated all they have done for my "family" . I truly know that is not always easy. It has been particularly rough on everyone (staff, residents, and family members) these last 3 years ..the Covid years. My hope is that 2023 brings us all relief and good health.

(December 15, 2022, 10:31 am)My cousin stayed at Belvedere for 6 weeks for rehab. It was a tough adjustment, but once I worked with two crucial people, things became much more manageable. Noemi Velez is a nurse manager and was always willing to help solve problems as they arose. She was a tremendously dependable resource while my cousin recovered. Judy Ghebremichael is the social worker at Belvedere, and she was always a person to call no matter the issue. A skilled nursing facility can be a sad place as many residents struggle to cope. However, in the midst of it, each person I encountered was kind and helpful. Even one of the administrators, Joe, jumped into a situation to help resolve it. This experience was a huge challenge for my cousin and me, but the staff made it manageable and they were very sweet to her and to me. I am grateful!!
