From the very beginning the staff was wonderful, the delivery and installation went so smoothly. We wanted quality furniture that would last and that is exactly what we received. (January 6, 2023, 10:46 am)I am so pleased with the customer service I received from The Bedroom Source. After my son’s bedroom was installed, I noticed that there was a gap in the wood framing of the bed. I called & spoke with my salesman, Philip Kantor, who sent a technician out. The technician, Luis Velez, determined that one piece of the side panel was not built properly & that’s why the wood didn’t make the connection. They ordered me a new side panel & came & installed it yesterday. Luis was not only extremely polite & such a nice man, but he was so quick & the bed looks perfect. I would recommend The Bedroom Source for both their beautiful product & their wonderful customer service.

(November 29, 2022, 9:38 pm)Very pleased with our purchase @ The Bedroom Source. It started with some prospective inquiries, I was looking for loft beds for my 3 kids who share one room. Paul helped us from the start with great options and advice, Then he offered to come to my apartment to measure the space and design a custom layout that works for us. He came up with very creative arrangements and put together some loft options that are now fully built and my kids love them. Very excited to have these new beds and working with the Bedroom Source to meet our specific needs was a very smooth, helpful experience. Thanks for everything!

They are thrilled with how cool the loft beds are and I am so happy with how solid the frames feel. The delivery and set up crew were professional, efficient, and super clean! Phil, Paul, and Russel were kind and very responsive. I could not be happier with the loft beds. If you are looking for quality beds that are also stylish, I highly recommend the Bedroom Source! It’s a wonderful family-owned business too!
