(June 23, 2023, 12:55 pm)If you want great instructors and great vibes. Come to this spot. I even brought my fiancé here to try out and she now loves it. I recommend this spot for any gender or age. That’s not even mentioning the fact that the Jiu Jitsu taught there is top of the line and is inline with Bteam in texas with Craig Jones and the rest.

Andrew (the head instructor) does a great job of providing individualized coaching, catering to your needs whether you just want to get into shape or compete at the highest level. All the coach’s are extremely knowledge and professional. No Gi is my preferred form of training and you can’t find a better schedule in NJ to train No Gi BJJ. Highly recommend.

Not only is the atmosphere friendly, but the coaches are active competitors who will teach you all the up-to-date techniques of Jiu-jitsu. If you live nearby you are lucky!

(June 7, 2023, 10:21 am)Trained here for a couple of weeks. Tom (my instructor) is an amazing teacher and instructor. People there are great. Very cool that I also got to learn some MMA things. Great community. Damien was very responsive to my messages. I hope to come back soon!
