(May 2, 2023, 1:12 am)The Alliance Center is a beautiful and much-needed place within the community. It provides the resources that are not always the easiest to access as new Moms. I am 21 months postpartum and love Sunday yoga and Thursday's playgroup! Truly a special place!

She shared such great techniques and created the most relaxing environment for my pregnant self. I highly, highly recommend their prenatal services, and can’t wait to attend their mommy & me classes. 10/10!

(March 22, 2023, 1:49 pm)My step daughter and grandson are taking Baby and Me yoga classes here and they both love it. Afterwards they’re so relaxed and peaceful. She said it’s great to be around other moms and babies and everyone is super friendly. Also the space is gorgeous and the location so convenient! Ample parking and easy to reach. Highly recommend!

(December 2, 2022, 10:34 am)Such a wonderful resource for new mothers. I attended the new mom's group led by Carolyn. She was such a beautiful space holder and support during one of the toughest transitions in my life. I also attended the baby and me yoga, which was intimate and so relaxing. The space itself is so inviting and calming. Would definitely recommend every mom or mom to be to check out one of their many offerings!

(November 29, 2022, 8:21 pm)I recently took a Vinyasa yoga class at The Alliance Center. The space is beautiful and so welcoming, as was the teacher, Shira. She introduced herself right away and asked if I had any questions or concerns before getting started. The small class size allowed her to give specific attention to everyone there. I admire the important work The Alliance Center is doing here in the community and look forward to joining future classes, workshops, and events.
