  As first-time home buyers, we had done some research beforehand but are really grateful for Kellene and her team at the Addison Group! The process went extremely smooth considering the horror stories we had heard about other realtors and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was a delight to be around and so unbelievably knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. She offered her opinion when we asked (and when we didn't). She always helped us to consider things we never would have thought of, and was so patient with our constant questions and curiosities.   Kellene is unstoppable. As first-time home buyers, she shepherded us through the whole process step by step. She 100% puts your interests above anything else and she was always available to answer any question we had. She also seems to know everyone in the county which helped immensely at every step. I'll be using her for every real estate move I'll ever make from now on!

  My husband, Tom and I were first time home sellers. Kelly was recommended by a family friend. From our first meeting, we felt comfortable that we had made a good choice because Kelly was informed and professional. She laid out a business plan to follow that allowed us to market our home in the best possible light. We had a few concerns as the process unfolded; each time we deferred to Kelly’s expertise and she was always right. When it was time to review the numerous bids we had received, Kelly was able to explain the nuances of several of the bids allowing us to make an informed decision. She was constantly monitoring our emails and immediately interceded when our attorney recommended that we accept an ill-advised appraisal condition. Kelly spotted the email immediately and contacted us to advise our attorney to rescind that condition. Kelly’s quick attention allowed our attorney to correct the misstep. We didn’t realize how stressful selling a home could be and that the most important decision you make is choosing the right realtor … and Kelly is the best!

  Being a buyer in the 2020-2021 market was not for the faint of heart. Between the supply shortage, mortgage rates bottoming and the pandemic in general, it was an incredibly disparaging and frankly humbling experience. After being under contract on a previous home that I ended up not closing on due to mold issues, I decided to take a break. During my break I was lucky enough to be introduced to The Addison Group, and this introduction changed my life.
  Working with Kelly was the lone bright spot that kept my hope alive. Google asks "what do you like about this business?". The best way I can put it would be this: If you are in the market as a buyer, you simply cannot do better than the Addison Group. Kelly is knowledgable, experienced, kind, extremely responsive, and absolutely always willing to go the extra mile for her clients. Her daily listings that she will email to you are completely catered to your desires and greatly helps trim the fat and focus on homes that you would actually be interested in buying, rather than cookie cutter listings that most brokers have. Her experience in negotiations and appraisal estimation was spot on, and I was very lucky to have had the privilege of working with her. So would I recommend The Addison Group Real Estate to a friend or family member? 100/100 times I would recommend Kelly and her entire team of professionals.   Kelly Addison is a Rock Star. She helped us sell our home and buy a new home all in under 90 days. When we decided to list our home we interviewed four different agents. Kelly came to the interview prepared with a fully detailed marketing plan and presentation. Throughout both the selling and buying process she was always very responsive and on top of everything. Also her personality and sense of humor really helps when things got a little stressful. We can not say enough good things about Kelly. We would highly recommend Kelly and her team.
