(August 6, 2023, 11:29 am)I stopped in here a few weeks ago as I have been on the lookout for a Franco Cut gold chain. Ron was very helpful and although he didn't have any at the store, he let me know he would order one for me. About a week later the chain came in but it was unfortunately damaged and Ron returned it and drove out to the city to pick a new one up for me. He was great and I look forward to doing business with him again!

Ron was recommended to us through a close friend. Not only did he take excellent care of my most prized possession, but he made the repair while we waited. He is knowledgeable, professional, and took great care of us! Many thanks and we highly recommend!

The Gentleman that greeted me, I am a Handicapped Senior, at the door, literally five(5) minutes before closing time! Greeted me like u was hus first client of the day! Also, Due to my inability to walk very well, (I use awalker) plus extremely hard of hearing! This very kind, polite, professional treated me like his best customer, even though it was my First time there! Took his time to listen to my "stories" re:the reason I was there, patience personified! A true "Class Act!" His loved ones must be so proud of him! After all was explained to me, without any attitude!
No deep sighs, nor rolling of eyes. I left with a feeling I made the right decision and a very fair offer! It honestly was a pleasure & a breath of fresh air in these times! -
