  Had a wheel alignment performed after realizing the car veered right after picking it up new. Great customer service, every one was nice and friendly. Was very quick, less than 45 minutes

  This Tesla service center in Syosset has exceptional customer service. I've been coming here for years and they are always extremely friendly, go above and beyond and try and resolve any issues as best as possible. I brought my car in 45 minutes before my appointment due to work, they took me in right away and had me out in about 45 minutes. They even offered me a loaner car to go for a drive instead of waiting in the waiting area. The waiting area is very clean and has coffee, water and wifi access. Only downside is that sometimes there service could take a long time especially if they need to order a part. If that is the case they will try to get you a loaner car and if they do not have one available they will give you uber credit. I highly recommend this service center and really appreciate their customer service!

  I scheduled a test drive before ordering a Tesla Y. The decision to do so was influenced greatly by the deft education and explanations about the benefits of Y ownership by a gentleman who deserves honorable mention: Chris. He took the time and spent unhurried details about the function and aesthetics of Y ownership. Tesla should recognize this individual for the quality of his interaction with a prospective Tesla customer paving the way for an on-line order before leaving the Syosset facility that day.
  
  There was no hard sell; there was only factual information provided.

  After 48 hours of dropping off car, they didn’t even start working on my car. Frustrated, I told them I’ll just pickup the car late afternoon. After few hours, I get a report that all the problems the car had (body misalignments and low frequency rumble) which was acknowledged by the tech was “in spec”. They remedied nothing in duration of 2 days. So frustrated with fit and finish of my new Tesla and service experience.
  
  Update:
  
  Had another service done for interior panel popping out during driving. Was quickly repaired on the same day. Fit and finish, build and ride quality is still very bad. I feel bad for techs constantly having to fix Tesla’ design flaw and inexperienced general assembly.
