(February 23, 2023, 3:44 pm)Came because I had an issue with charging. Had an appointment set up. I came a bit early but they still took me anyways which was good. They said it would be done in a few hours, so they gave me a $100 uber voucher and I went home. A few hours later, they said it was finished and that I could pick it up anytime. They were professional and nice. This is my new spot if I need any assistance.

(December 24, 2022, 9:49 pm)Got tires replaced here recently. Excellent customer service compared to Brooklyn location. Gentleman at the counter gave me an estimate of how long it would take and came back into waiting room later to tell me work was almost done. Work was done even slightly sooner than the initial time estimate. Not sure why, but the cost was $500 less than the estimate I got for same tire replacement at Brooklyn location. Had to cancel that appointment because their equipment was broken. Glad I did! I’ll be going back to this service center in the future even though it’s further away.

(December 21, 2022, 10:32 am)Unlike what I was expecting based off reviews and existing beliefs I held regarding Tesla service, I feel compelled to write this review. I brought my Model 3 in for service on tires and wheels, and was quoted about 2-3 hours. I felt fine with that, and was happy it was even that short of time. 45 mins passes and I am greeted by a wonderfully friendly Tesla service employee and informed my car is finished and ready to leave, with payment already processed. Simply the best experience I’ve had with service for any car, period.
