My husband and I worked closely with Terry to find our perfect forever home. Our adventure started in late May 2020 and didn't conclude until October, but Terry stuck it out with us until we found the perfect fit. It was tough going trying to find a house during COVID and this crazy real estate market. We were also simultaneously selling our condo and any purchase that we made would rely on that being finalized.

Terry was diligent in sending us listings that were tailored to our needs. She was always accommodating to our schedules and sensitive to the fact we were trying to relocate from an hour away. She showed us A TON of houses and remained optimistic that we would find the perfect one.

Terry moved fast on all the offers we asked her to submit and made helpful suggestions all along the way. We really appreciated all of her advice and knowledge. Even though this was my second home purchase, the real estate market seems to be ever changing and she was very helpful in guiding us through. Terry was very responsive and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. She also gave us Rob's contact information and made sure to remind us that if she couldn't respond, we were able to contact him for assistance.

Terry helped me buy a house recently. Terry has been a wonderful realtor and more--she became a very good confidant and friend. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about things to look for and watch out for when I was looking for a house. She also gave me a lot of extra information about the areas such as services offered by the city, pros and cons of various features the house and the neighborhood had, and finding good mortgage companies and insurance companies. Even after I closed, she was helpful in finding contractors to paint, fix things, etc. to get the house ready to move in. Every time I had some questions, I could just email her or text her and she always responds with helpful suggestions. Although I was mainly working with Terry, her partner, Robert also helped me out once in a while, especially when Terry was busy. He was also nice and helpful. I feel very lucky that I had Terry and Robert as my realtors.

Rob Kowsaluk helped me purchase a lot of land for a future business venture. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. We had a lot of questions and issues while dealing with the seller and the seller's agent and Rob was a huge help, completely honest and professional and made the process go smoothly. His mother, Terry helped my wife and I purchase our home 9 1/2 years ago and we have recommended them and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, understanding and caring real estate agents. Very friendly, flexible and able to accommodate our hectic schedules. Very knowledgeable of the area, the school systems and the amenities in all the towns we were looking. They really went above and beyond to help us get the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price.
