  Meta is a gifted bodyworker. I received consistent massage from her after a concussion from a car accident. Her massage work supported healing from the headaches, neck pain and dizziness I struggled with following my car accident.

  I worked with Meta on a weekly/bi weekly basis for a year. She is incredible. Every session we shared together, I felt safe, held, and able to do some much needed healing for my body/mind/spirit. You can quite literally feel the care/compassion/love that she has for you every minute you are in the same space as her. She was always present, warm, and truly made me feel like I was not alone in facing some of my most difficult body/mind traumas. Thank you so much Meta(and Tend), for creating a much needed safe space that I could turn to again and again.

  Meta has been helping me heal from multiple injuries for the better half of this year. Not only does she help break down the reason why I am feeling pain, she also has been helping me learn tools and techniques for at home healing as well.

  Working with Meta has been and continues to be a Grade A experience. Meta is knowledgeable and shares her expertise in many ways that have helped me relieve pain and regain full mobility. I always look forward to my sessions with Meta and in fact my whole family (4 of us) are regulars at her studio. Needless to say I would highly recommend Meta!
