(June 30, 2022, 9:28 pm)Today I moved to a new apartment, and despite taking all measurements ahead of time, for whatever reason my movers were not able to get my very heavy-duty elliptical (which ways 250 pounds) into the apartment. Rather than work with us to try to get it inside, the movers just left it outside of the apartment building and drove away.
I frantically called the company who made the elliptical and they recommended Techmotion to disassemble the device, bring it inside, and reassemble it. And even though it was already 4:30 PM, a little while later a man named Genus (who was incredibly skilled, and extremely patient and kind, despite this being such a difficult job) was there to get it done.
The elliptical is now inside my apartment, and I am so grateful. I can't recommend this company enough!! -
