  I called T. E. Spall and Son for routine service on my mini splits which served me well all last winter and through the summer. I asked while here for seasonal service, could they look at my hot water heater problem. I was more than pleased to agree to a new tankless hot water heater after their plumber, Justin came by to check it out. In addition, Justin fixed a sudden emergency, a broken pipe connection from my main line. He had actually left the original job and then came back to handle the additional work. Great job!

  ROUND 2
  Once again our choice to use T.E. Spall has improved our total comfort!!!
  It was time for the old furnace to go. So we replaced our dinosaur with a state of the art Daikin system. Our compliments to our salesperson Dylan for recommending this amazing system! Now we will have heat and A/C!!!
  Our thanks to Tammy for working out all the paperwork with the USDA on our behalf, not an easy task for most.
  Right from day one, our installation team of Nick, Ken and Mike made sure our home was kept clean, while installing 4 indoor units. Important to us, was the hiding of any exterior work. Instead of running the outside service lines on every wall of our home, the picture below shows 2 leader-like runs, going up a blind corner on the back of our house, that no one can see from the front or sides of our home. Many thanks to Nick and the guys for making this happen, as well as the design team for allowing enough materials, for this custom install. All working together like a well oiled machine!!!
  Additionally, I would like to thank Jean Spall, for stepping up, on making sure any supply shortage from the manufacturer, was handled. You don't see too many companies making sure the customer's are satisfied first, even when national shortages of equipment and materials seem to be out of control.

  I can't say enough thanks for the service done by your company. Dylan was our boiler repair mechanic. These systems are a higher level of difficult heating systems to work with, that an average plumber most likely could not handle. Dylan took the time to explain and carefully recommend what action to take on a system that was left unserviced for too many years, as we just purchased our new home a month ago. Dylan's concerns were how to take of the customer first, not how much it would cost. Carefully inspecting our system, before any work was started. We are impressed that a person could have this kind of integrity and work ethic you just don't see too often these days. Also, thank you to Renee for calling 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment time, to make sure we knew the service would be done today.
  T.E. Spall was recommended from another plumber 40 minutes away! It shows how well the name is respected amongst the trades and we can definitely recommend the same to anyone looking for quality service!!!

  Edit: The owner of the company did reach out to me to explain that the person I spoke to was new and what I was told was not accurate. They did do a good job when they were here, so I’m changing the stars. But I suggest clarifying what the charges will be when you call just to make sure there are no surprises. I do appreciate that the owner himself addressed this.
  
  I called this company to tune up my a/c because they have great reviews. I signed up for the service plan because they were nice and did good work. But then I called to have a hose bib replaced and they told me there was a service charge of $85 to come look at the job. With all the places that give free estimates, I just can’t justify paying $85 every time I need a plumber to first come and look. And it’s not deducted from the cost of the job if you have them do the work. They say you have to think of it like a co pay at the Dr. I don’t think I do. I found another plumber.

  T.E. Spall & Son came highly recommended by a good friend. Very professional interaction, from making the initial appointment, to showing up on time to superb knowledge and courtesy of the technician, Kyle. I had some major issues with my central AC system that he meticulously diagnosed and repaired. He also kept me posted at every step of the process. I wish all home service companies handled business at this level.

  We had a hot water issue in our house which was ongoing. Marc did a great job trouble shooting the issue (which was a combination of things). He was thorough and patient and found the issue. The issue was corrected and I finally have working hot water in my house. He was also very through in explaining everything that he did. I had a great experience and will definitely call back next time I need a plumber.
