She created a unique workout plan for me as well as provided nutritional advice! It’s been a month and so far I am down five pounds and feel stronger and more confident!! Thank you Tawny! 💪❤️

Since I’ve been going my speed and endurance has increased significantly and my running time has improved greatly . I feel great and look great. Tawny is very knowledgeable and professional and pushes me to do my best. I love going to our sessions. In short, TawnyFit is the BEST!

She pushes you past what you think you can do but she also knows your limits. Scheduling is super easy and she’s so open and flexible! -

Her services are so convenient if you can’t make it to her gym she offers virtual sessions as well as access to her space. Hands down best trainer around.
