Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the restaurant also boasts a beautiful view overlooking rolling hills, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
The menu at Tavern on the Hill is a barbecue lover's paradise. I decided to try the brisket and pulled pork, while my dining companion opted for the Mexican corn salad. Both dishes were nothing short of spectacular.
The brisket was tender, juicy, and full of smoky flavor. The pulled pork was equally impressive, with a perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors that left me wanting more. The Mexican corn salad was a refreshing and zesty side dish that perfectly complemented the rich, hearty meats.
But what really set Tavern on the Hill apart was their barbecue sauce. It was a perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and tangy, and it elevated the already delicious meats to a whole new level. I found myself savoring every bite, and even asked for an extra serving of the sauce!

(June 17, 2023, 7:12 pm)It was a great relaxing dinner with my family. With our reservation, the six of us were easily sat at a table. The waitress gave us great recommendations for appetizers that weren’t on the menu. It was fun and the food was delicious.

(May 15, 2023, 8:24 pm)Best ribs in the area, hands down. The sides are incredible (my favorite has to be the pickled cuke salad but i could also eat a literal gallon of their mac n cheese). Only bummer is that they're under renovation right now so they no longer have the outdoor deck area overlooking the valley.

(May 12, 2023, 4:14 am)BBQ with a view - the perfect combo. Moth the food and drink menus were terrific. Try the Smoked Cherry Old Fashioned for a little smoke drama at the table. Excellent blackened kielbasa as well as brisket. The pickled cucumbers were a welcome balance to the meats.

(April 29, 2023, 9:58 am)Often forgotten gem in a beautiful location with incredible food and cocktails. Catch a sunset and you'll be hooked. Miss it and you'll still be hooked on the scrumptious BBQ and array of menu items. Cocktails are unique and cater to a range of pallets. I had a drink and an app while I waited to take home food. Delicious!!
