  We were looking for a good electrician to get some work done in our house that we moved in new 17 years ago. We needed recessed lighting done in our master bath, replace GFCI outlets in the kitchen, install Ring wired security floodlight outside the garage, and wired smoke alarm. It took us a while until we found Andrew from Tactical Power Electrical Services after researching and talking to different electricians. From the first call and untill the work was completed it was a very pleasant experience. Andrew is customer focussed, knows the job, makes you feel comfortable, provides good and honest guidance / suggestions and the charges are reasonable.
  We will definitely hire Tactical again without hesitation when we need any electrical work done big or small. It is always good to have a trustworthy electrician like Andrew whom you can rely on who does it right the first time around, and it is not easy to get one. We give him 5 stars.

  We had a urgent electrical outlet issues and called many electricians and lot of them told me to wait 2 weeks or not even returning a call back. Called tactical and they send Andrew over and he fixed the problem and with honest reasonable price. I am definitely going to call Andrew from now on for any electric work. He was polite, and honest and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend this company over a big name company!

  Andrew installed a light fixture in my dining room. The old one was installed sloppy and he cleaned up the wires and did an incredible job. He was professional, friendly and left with no mess. The light fixture looked better then I expected. I would hire Andrew again and recommend him to everyone!

  This company was fantastic. They were professional, they taught me as they were fixing my light fixtures. They worked quickly, efficiently, and were super friendly and personable. I run a childcare center and I am referring all my friends and other sister schools to them.

  We were having issues with our fan and although we planned to just replace it, Andrew immediately texted me. He offered to walk us through fixing it over the phone! This type of service is hard to find these days. He was extremely professional and supportive. Moving forward, he will always be our 'Go To' electrician! Highly recommend!
