  Lotta folks complain about this TA truck service because simple jobs take a while here. That's just how it is, it's a busy place. If you need oil in your hubs and another guy needs a new radiator, guess who's getting priority there bud. Overall this TA has a lot of bays, a lot of techs, and 24 hour service for a very reasonable cost. My advise is to come here on a weekend if you can, it will be less busy and they will take care of you

  I parked in the last fuel Island. I asked an employee, Daryl, if there was a water spigot I could use to fill my water tank. He blocked off pump 5 with a trash can and asked me to go around. I was able to do everything I needed to do quickly and get back on the road with a minimal hassle thanks to Daryl. It is extremely rare to be treated so courteously by truck stop employees. It really takes very little effort to keep customers happy, unfortunately that generally seems to much trouble. This TA is the exception to the rule. The few employees I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful.
  My wife said the ladies at the gasoline desk could do better, especially training them how to accurately count change back and ask if you need a receipt.

  Had new radiator put in 7 weeks earlier from different shop but was losing coolant. Had 1 other shop look at it and found loose fitting causing minor leak. Still losing coolant I stopped here. Jesse didn't stop working until he found the issue. Easy repair. I've spend hundreds on coolant already and now it's all good. Definitely recommend this TA and Jesse.
