Ken was very good with knowing where to place our play set and assembled it quickly and easily and also cleaned everything up. The kids were on it the moment Ken said he was all done. Overall great experience and great product.

Carlos and his team were fantastic during the install process very patient and making sure both alignment position and placement of our hoops was precise. They were professional, efficient and extremely courteous. Highly recommend his team as well as the company for any future purchases of passport equipment and anything else you need. Will do it again over and over with them.

Shannon in sales was very helpful and made the process for our basketball goal ordering and installation scheduling easy. Carlos and his partner did the install, both the concrete base and then the actual basketball hoop the following week. They had excellent communication, helped advise on exact placement and were great to work with. Great decision using this company!

We came in not expecting to purchase on the spot but between the quality and discount we received plus free delivery (at that time) we had to pull the trigger. The set came next day because of an open availability and the setup team was extremely thorough and listened to exactly where i wanted it placed. After completion the set looked exactly like the photos. We are very happy and the smile on our kids face is worth every penny,
