  This review is long overdue…Swim King installed our mountain lake pool and pavers a few years ago. We are very happy with their work and get a lot of compliments on the pool and paver work. We used Swim King most recently to convert the pool to salt water. Most importantly however, they stand behind their work. We had a few minor issues that Swim King expeditiously handled, no questions asked. Ally in the office is always very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks Swim King for a beautiful pool!

  I waited 2 years to write review.. if u need a pool this is the place even after 2 years they respond very quickly with any issues.....don't look anywhere else this is the place

  Well, well I must say purchasing an in ground pool is quite the undertaking and I am a stickler for value. Malcom at swim king was my 7th and final estimate at my home in Sayville. All of the quotes were generally similar except for one or two that were exceptionally lower and two that were just egregious.. (post pandemic greed is real). I will say that Malcom listened and really understood me and my wife’s needs. His pricing was competitive vs the other few quotes on his company’s level. What everyone should know about purchasing a pool is the guy who quotes ya 10-20k less than the rest is a guaranteed dirt whole in your backyard half finished for 13 months or a cracked wall 5 years in.. the old saying you get what you pay for is a FACT when purchasing a quality pool. Swim king won our confidence and to be completely honest the entire process was impeccable. Malcom answered at all hours of the day. We broke ground in the last week in April and the pool ready for use within THREE WEEKS. Now ready for the next thirty years of memories. Thank you swim king for showing that quality work and honest salesmanship is actually still out there to be found. If you want it done right and efficient call Malcom at swim king pools . Cannot express how ecstatic my wife & I are with the outcome!!

  The swim king team has been excellent from installation last year to service this year. Had a small issue with a pump about a week after opening this year. Called them Monday morning and they had someone at my home by Monday afternoon to diagnose. A subsequent team came out on Tuesday to address the issue. Rachel was my point of contact and she was prompt and always happy to help out. I recommend Swim King and their team for all of your pool needs.

  From start to finish everything was a great experience. Like in sales was very helpful w layout design and placement. He wasn’t pushy and always returned calls or emails in a timely fashion. The equipment operator blew my mind with how precise and neat he was. Every crew who did the build were professional courteous and respectful of us and our property. Being in construction I am aware of good products and materials used. I’ve seen plenty of steel wall and other theories on in ground pool construction. SK uses poured concrete walls and a dry mix for the floor to give a nice surface with sturdy walls. Our stairs are full width and poured as well. Steel construction or molded stairs felt tinny and hollow. They also pad the walls and steps along w texture to reduce slip. The plumbing work was even done using benders to eliminate couplings and installed deep so not to worry about frost. A year later and I’ve gone to the store for water test advice and products. Not only are the employees knowledgeable about the products but they will spell it all out for you to make maintenance a snap. Ben and Zach especially helped me wrap my head around the ins n outs being I’ve never maintained a pool. Thanks to all at swim king pools for such a pleasant experience and exceeding my expectations.
