  Shweta Patel was 100 out of 10! We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent.
  
  We’re a young family with 2 school-going kids and we really needed to upgrade from our rental apartment to our first home.
  The decision to buy a house was a HUGE one. The housing market is considerably complex and the house-buying process was an emotional rollercoaster journey.
  Shweta helped us in this process as a partner and friend to realize that - We'll need patience in today's sellers' market and to move quickly when the right house comes along
  
  As a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the right questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and Shweta proactively and patiently provided answers to my all questions, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open.
  
  Shweta helped us score a move-in ready independent house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a backyard, and a basement. Exactly a home we wanted for our family.
  House hunting was never an easy process and the journey took us a couple of months of house hunting and multiple offers in the NJ market but thanks to Shweta we did it like a pro and finally got our dream house.
  
  I really appreciated how Shweta went above and beyond to help us during every stage of the home-buying process. She also provided help with securing mortgages, home inspection, and dealing with the all random know-how for first-time home buyers.
  
  If I texted her a question or an update she always responded in 2 minutes or less.
  She is truly a professional as well as a humble person. To summarize – Shweta made us feel like friends and made the whole process feel easy. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Shweta and we are grateful that she helped us find our beautiful home.

  If you are in the market to buy a house right now, you will know that it’s a challenging time. On top of that as first time home buyers, we needed even more help and guidance. Sweta was there every step of the way, patiently answering our every question, and scoping out and visiting dozens of properties until we finally found the right one for us. What we really liked about her was that she puts your requirements & needs first and foremost – she is not trying to push her own agenda or tell you what you want. She really does want you to get the house of your dreams and be happy with your purchase. In so doing she will put herself in your shoes and try to get the very best for you. If something seems off, she will be the first to warn you.
  
  We have already recommended her to several of our friends, and would do so again without hesitation.

  Sweta is a fantastic realtor and she did a wonderful job to obtain the house of our dreams. Buying and finding a house of your dreams was not easy in this market. On top of this, our requirements were not easy to meet and I had lost my hopes to get a house in my house budget. Sweta made this dream into reality. She is not only an amazing realtor but a complete support system. She kept herself on toes in this volatile market , ensuring we don't lose any opportunity to buy a house, by arranging private appointments for home tours, getting seller's disclosures ..etc . Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, negotiation skills and hard work ethics are commendable. She is extremely detail oriented and has answers for all the questions right away. She has the great eye of an interior decorator as well and would suggest brilliant ideas of structural and cosmetic changes in the house. This quality of hers , makes it easier to visualize a house in the best possible plan, if the existing plan is not great and small changes can possibly , make it your dream house. Besides, we liked the way she offers her genuine judgement about the house, which helped us a lot in finalizing the house.
  She is great with people. This home search/buy with Sweta has not only got us a fantastic realtor but a great friend for life.
  I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. Trust me, you wont regret it.

  Sweta is an exceptionally professional and very knowledgable. She understands your requirement thoroughly and guides you in every step of the home buying process. She went above and beyond to find the perfect house for us in this crazy market. She is very approachable and answers all your questions patiently and on time.   It was a positive experience working with Sweta Patel regarding my home purchase. Being a first-time homebuyer is challenging, but I find her experience extremely invaluable throughout the process. Sweta was courteous, transparent, and easy to get along with—the attributes any homebuyer will appreciate the most.
