  Patricia, the owner and proprietor couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. She is also very communicative. The house was clean and she had some amazing details, like delicious little chocolates, and bottled water and a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The breakfast in the morning was all homemade and so very delicious. She even packed us a “goodie” bag for the ride home. We loved our overnight stay. It’s also in a great location. Close to everything on the North Fork. I left a bag at the house and she popped it in the mail for me immediately. You can immediately tell that she takes pride in her home and taking care of her guests. It was truly a lovely experience. Thank you!

  Had a wonderful stay. The rooms are cozy, clean and peaceful environment. The breakfast that Pat made us was amazing, she is such a great cook. Everything was fresh and delicious. Its been a week since our stay and we are still talking about the food. I would definitely stay here again when in the area

  Where to begin? This was my first time at a bed-and-breakfast and everything about it was perfect, and beyond my expectations. Our host Patricia was so lovely and made us feel at home immediately. The house was so clean and comfortable. There were lovely amenities inside and even outside! The cutest barn was filled with games, blankets and even a coffee machine! What a cute touch. This one night visit was so lovely and I was very sad to leave. Patricia was the most fantastic chef and baker! The spread for breakfast was just as amazing as what I read in the reviews. As a baker myself I was so inspired!!! Everything was fabulous and fresh. Muffins, apple tart, fresh fruit, veggie frittata just to name a few things. That’s right.. there was lots more! This one night away was just what I needed to feel happy, relaxed, and refreshed. Can’t wait to stay again soon!!

  Five stars just isn’t enough to give. This was my first time visiting and my fiancé second time. Patricia is all about customer service and warm hospitality. From the moment we met we felt right at home. The house , room and grounds are all very meticulously maintained. Breakfast... my goodness! We stayed 2 days and were blessed with an amazing breakfast both days. The apple crumb tartlet is to die for. We would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in the area to give Sweet Dreams a shot. We can’t wait to visit again and stay in our new home away from home.

  Really cute and cosy place, very clean and comfortable, centrally located to a bunch of the better wineries. Patricia is super lovely and welcoming, she also cooked one of the most amazing breakfasts we have had in a long time, and even sent us off with some extra home made baked goodies!
