Wonderful experience. Staff is very friendly and always welcoming. Beth was fantastic. I have never had such a thorough hearing test. She really took the time to explain every test she did and go over several options to help with my hearing. Ultimately I decided on moving forward with hearing aids. Beth was kind enough to lend me a trial pair. There was a hold up with my insurance but Beth let me hold on to the pair until mine came in. She definitely cares about her patients . I would highly recommend to anyone suffering with hearing issues. Sussex audiology made a difference in my life
Several members of the wonderful team of professionals at Sussex Audiology have patiently served me during this last decade while I have been learning to manage my debilitating hearing loss. They have been kind, gentle, thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. Because of their dedication and expertise, I continue to enjoy listening to music and theatre as well as performing. What a blessing to be able to communicate clearly with others!
I have been working with Sussex Audiology for several years. The staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant. Beth has done several examinations on my hearing and really takes the takes the time to make sure it is right. She offers advice as to which aides would be most beneficial and in my case has gone the extra mile in working with me to resolve an issue on my behalf. As far as i'm concerned there could be no better place to go for a true hearing professional.
