Susan helped me learn about healthy eating and gut health which not only helped me lose all of the weight gained during the quarantine, but also helped my every day life. My migraines, stomach problems, and attitude all improved in addition to the progress I was able to see in my physique.
Super grateful for all she has taught me and helped me accomplish. -

Susan helped me out a lot and worked with me on my diet choices and meal planning, while getting ready for both competitions.
