  After working in a nursing home setting as a Registered Nurse for over 38 years, I am pleased to write this review. My brother-in-law is currently receiving sub acute care. With each encounter with numerous staff from all departments, I have witnessed him receive quality person centered care.

  I’ve been working at Surge for about a year now and it’s always been a pleasure working here. At Surge, the staff are hardworking and friendly- always ready to help out no matter what department. We have by far one of the best Physical Therapy Department. It’s always amazing to watch the PT help residents learn how to walk and be independent individuals again. This place is amazing!

  I visited a friend. I didn’t know what to expect since I’d never been to this facility.
  I was pleasantly surprised.
  It was clean, staff was courteous and caring. My friend looked well cared for. She was very pleased with her care.
  I’m an RN. I know what to look for. I’d have to say that I’d feel safe placing a family member at Surge at this time.
