  Working with Surf City Marina on the purchase of our 2022 Seadoo Switch 18’ 170 hp was an incredible experience. We preordered with them(without ever seeing the boat) which left a lot of uncertainty because it was a new product but the owner wouldn’t let us put the order in until he personally went and got eyes on the boat. Our salesman was Doug Williams and he did an amazing job of keeping us informed. There were a ton of delivery and production delays but Doug kept us in the loop the whole time. When we took delivery of our boat they took us for a water test and showed us the ins and outs. The whole purchasing experience was fantastic from start to finish, and it didn’t end there. On our 4th or 5th time taking the boat out the check engine light came on and the boat went into limp mode. It was noon on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend…..we were sure our holiday weekend was ruined. We called Doug and they told us to bring it right in. An hour later they had us back on the water. Their customer service is equal to none and we can not recommend them highly enough. They are good people that stand behind what they sell and you can’t ask for more then that!

  Doug, the Sales Leader, did an Excellent job keeping me informed on the Status of my Switch Delivery….there were no surprises and he thought of Every Detail on my behalf to make the transaction easy. Doug is extremely Competent and does his job with a great Attitude.

  Surf City Marina was far more then what I expected! We just bought our first wave runner from Doug and I must say that the service and communication throughout the entire process was top notch!! I called and stopped in a few times along the way just to ask a question and Doug always made time to either call me back or see me and answer any questions we had. We were also given the opportunity to be apart of their in house boating and safety course for my license where we were provided snacks and drinks for the day (hope they continue to do this class so our teenage boys can attend).The day that our machine was built and delivered Doug spent the time with us to go over the machine with detailed information and explained everything to us. From my very first phone call with Doug to my last meeting with him I knew we had made the best choice with Surf City Marina. We did not have the opportunity to meet any of the other staff or service members but I’m confident they follow Doug’s example of professionalism. I want to thank all who had a part in the sale of our machine you for sure have a repeat customer with our family.
