  We needed help and spent a lot of time looking for transport. I am so glad this company came to our rescue, the team was respectful and very professional to our needs and helped in so many ways. Excellent service from people who REALLY CARE!
  I highly recommend this for anyone who has family in need of medical transport. Id give 10 stars in it was allowed. AL went above and beyond to care for us. THANK YOU SMR!!!

  Ok so I been on transportation before. But I never never had one like Brytnei Lynn .. listen to me you guys have a worker who is amazing with her jobs you have someone who is willing to do it all. She made me feel amazing . I felt horrible that she had to do a hour ride. And she look at me dead and my face and said. My love this is my job and I’m here to make sure I get you safety where you have to go .. even if is two hour I don’t care let’s go this is for you let’s get on the road. She made sure I was right and secure for sure. She check me about three time before driving off. She drove like pro. No speeding she was very careful because she understood I had hair had a big surgery. No rush to get me in a out. actually talk to me I been suffering depression due to this surgery and she made my whole day. Had me smiling all day. She brought me upstairs to my rehabilitation and made sure I was ok everything was done before leaving. I’m telling this company now this women deserve a raise … she deserves a promotion and I will call everyday the company till I am told she was Horner for her amazing work she a women that doesn’t show up for a damm pay check …. She a women that loves what she does and actually goes to work wanting to help and do good. I love her this company need more people like her .. some of your staff could learn from her she one of your best … she represented your Company proudly and loud.. i was bless I had her for my hour ride

  I take SMR 6 days a week for the past 3 years. This is THE MOST reliable transportation company I have ever had. I have had plenty of them and they are the only ones that have LITERALLY been on time every time. Even in bad weather. It's a team effort between them and their employees that make SMR surpass excellence! Thank you to all the dedicated employees and owners for making me feel confident that my ride will be here when expected.
