  I was a student at SUNY Sullivan at that time is was named Sullivan County Community College from 2002 to 2004! Culinary arts major the classes taken we’re very interesting and challenging. Excellent instructors who all were extremely knowledgeable and passionate with teaching techniques and methods to their students!! Some classes much harder than others but that goes with territory of college. I had a blast. Associate Degree in culinary arts was worth it. In and out of the restaurant and hospitality industries down the roads years later quite frequently with the turmoil going on. Hard finding industrious & passionate cooks or chefs and restaurant workers these days I must sadly admit. A trend that’s seemingly gotten worse and worse! Been close to 20 years since I graduated SUNY Sullivan yes times was much different I think a bit easier and more consistent than they are presently now and going forward!! Cooking and baking I do enjoy it. Even if I happen to never step foot again into the restaurant/hospitality industries with all the negative toxicity that goes on I’ve enjoyed being a culinary freak!! Enjoy cooking including doing this for friends and family and strangers at randomness! Crazy how time flies and the crazy stuff that goes on too! I must be getting older here!👨‍🍳😊

  August 18th I went there to find a job in their maintenance department . I went to human resources but they weren't in at the moment so somebody in the office help me out and supposedly will call me back to let me know when human resources are in so I could fill an application and hopefully get hired 🙏🙏🙏

  I work around this building, but was never a student here. The building is nice. Everything is on one floor which is great. During Covid, things have been much quieter than usual. The cafeteria serves good enough food & snacks. There is a spacious outdoor area & farm too.

  We went to SUNY Sullivan grounds for kite flying festival. Went with my grandson and thoroughly enjoyed. Lots of people with colorful kites. Weather was sunny and nice. A memorable kite flying experience !!
