I’ve been having sessions with her for over a year and mentally I’ve been improving and feeling much more positive than from my past. She gives good suggestions to help out with any of my problems or negative thoughts, very professional, extremely kind and so caring! It’s like a best friend that I can trust and be able to get help at the same time. I don’t regret going to sunshine counseling and would definitely recommend it to a friend or anyone that’s struggling mentally out there.
