  After calling around to multiple jewelry stores and just not feeling like I would be taking care of Sherry answer the phone when I called Sullivans and not only did she listen to every single thing that I had to say was she gave such a professional and kind criticism that made this experience so easy there turnaround time on three separate projects were all Met within a week, which was amazing. They have an in-house jeweler. That is an artist herself, and I probably will come to this jewelry shop, even though it’s an hour away from where I live, just simply because I can trust them

  I would not take my family jewelry anywhere else! Sherry (and all who work there) are patient as well as knowledgeable. Sullivan's has always done beautiful work for me...it is why I always go back.

  After 34 years of marriage, I decided to update my engagement ring. After a couple of visits, I found the perfect timeless setting. I really appreciated the time taken showing me all different kinds of looks and helping me select the right setting. Also, my ring was reset in the store so my Diamond wasn’t sent out anywhere else. I would definitely recommend!!!

  My boyfriend bought the most beautiful ring here , proposed over the weekend, and I was able to get my ring sized smaller in the same day today!! Within 2.5 hours I had the ring fit on my finger, ready to show it off :) they are truly great and everyone there was so genuinely happy for the engagement.

  Bob, first and foremost, I must extend to you my heartfelt, thank you! I came into Sullivan’s seeking what I anticipated would be a very costly and involved watch repair, as my treasured mother of pearl timepiece was displaying a misaligned face. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of your on-the-spot service and very grateful with the compassion and integrity that met me behind the watchman’s counter. Bob, the repair expert who served me, was incredibly knowledgeable, skillful, and was able to make a quick repair to my very special watch in a matter of minutes. I was elated and very grateful, to say the least! I left the store with my watch fully restored and only payed a fraction of what I expected, as another repair professional had insisted that it needed to be sent “off site for intense repair” which would have cost hundreds.I greatly appreciate and highly recommend the skillful craftsmanship, honesty and kindness of the professionals at Sullivan’s, our hometown jewelers!
