  Pashmina Rashad facilitated our 10-week support group for mothers of young children affected by trauma. With her help, this program has forever enriched the participant mothers and their families. Ms. Rashad was extremely aware and sensitive to the participants’ unique needs and cultural considerations while sharing her knowledge and support with the utmost compassion. Her skills as a mental health practitioner, personal attention, and cultural connection to the mothers was central to the success of this important program.

  Pashmina is an INCREDIBLE therapist. She was a breath of fresh air after trying to work with other therapists in the area, who were comparatively unsupportive and unhelpful. I was going through a very difficult period of depression after some major life changes, and Pashmina truly understood what I was going through. She understood and articulated everything I had been feeling for years, even when I myself could not put my experience into words. After each session, I come away with a new perspective she has provided me with, which never fails to make me see others and myself in a more fair and positive light. My relationships with my family and friends have improved dramatically since starting therapy with Pashmina, and she has helped me achieve some of my personal and professional goals. I truly cannot recommend her enough, and she is worth talking to if you're going through any issues, big or small. You will come away feeling validated, cared for, and most importantly, equipped with the tools needed to make positive change in your life.
