Her techniques start from the time you walk in....everything promotes relaxation and serenity. I was super anxious about trying someone new and after her first strip I knew I'd be a life long client. I've already scheduled for my mom and I to return in 4 weeks and stocked up on her merch......
Serenity is super gentle and knowledgeable. I felt safe and comfortable. Thank you for being a highlight of today! -

Never have I laughed so much in a situation. She was able to quickly connect to my own experience in life and truly made it a one of a kind amazing experience. Her attention to my personal needs as a trans person were also paramount and splendidly done. The check in specialist, Michelle was also a delight to converse with while I waited for my friend to get waxed as well. This experience is worth the trip regardless if you’re travelling from New York City or San Francisco!

She makes the job done fast and accurately with the minimum amount of pain or stress. After a few visits, you become friends with her that you look forward to seeing her soon

Serenity is beyond welcoming and has made every experience worth it. I travel from Crown Heights, Brooklyn because I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff are kind and courteous and the space is cozy, warm and bright. I simply love it! I will continue to be an avid supporter of this establishment.
